The project's duration is established with 3 years, in detail from July 2003 until June 2006. The important “stations” are represented by six “milestones”, which are fixed every six months, in March and September. Basing on these milestones there has been founded a reporting system.  

The project is structured into 8 work packages which need to be worked on during the project runtime. They are defined from systematic types of problems to problems regarding it`s contents so that every upcoming problem or activity is covered by one work package. Work packages can be handled over the whole project duration or cover just parts of it.
